1K SPRAY PUTTY SANDABLE
Aerofast Spray Putty is a professional high build spray putty. The Spray Putty has a high Excellent lling capacity, which allows the spray putty to be used for levelling small imperfections, light pits, scuff marks and sand scratches. the spray putty has Self cured, it is easy to sand tightly to a mirror-smooth s u r f a c e .
The AEROFAST spray putty is known for its good coverage, lling and HR 200Cº. With the AEROFAST spray putty you spray as much as 25-30 μm per layer! In only 2 layers, all surface imperfections and scratches will be
lled. This makes this spray putty easy and time-saving! and Easy to sanding with #800 sandpaper.

HOW TO USE
• Before use, carefully read the directions on the packing and act accordingly.
• Pretreatment: The surface should be clean, dry and free free of oil & grease. Remove old paint, Black Scale & rust and sand the surface.
• Surface preparation: The surface should be dry, clean, pre-treated and sending with #800-#100 sand paper.
• Before use, shake the aerosol can for 2 mnts and spray as sample. Distance to the surface to be treated approximately 3 to 5 inch. apply spray putty coat as per your requirement, After drying 30 to 45mnts you can sanding with #800 to #1200 sand paper.
• Apply top coat paint or powder coating.
ZINC COAT
With High Zinc Purity, Zinc Spray Provides Protection From Corrosion and can be used as a primer coat for bare metal surfaces.
The cathode action of Zinc Spray Makes it extremely economic and effective whilst offering a good resistance against mechanical Shocks, Rubbing and erosion.
